At Bark UK Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
