Our large bulk bag contains Approx. 2000 litres of Bark chips and are a great way to make finishing touches to areas of your landscaped garden such as borders and beds, or planters, pots and containers. Bark chips don't just look decorative, they also act as a mulch which suppresses garden weeds, helps to retain soil moisture and during extreme temperatures it will help to protect plant roots. be used for water conservation.
As the bark chips decompose it re-vitalises the soil structure, permeability, bioactivity, and nutrient availability all important for maintaining healthy plants
Bark chips when used as a mulch should be laid at least 5-7 cm thick.
