Preplant has a consistent release pattern due to the unique resin coating technology, providing nutrition when the plants needs it, the release is determined by the soil temperature; higher temperatures give a faster release and decrease the longevity, lower temperatures slow down the  release and so increase longevity.

Preplant contains the ideal Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium and trace element package. can be applied to all trees, plants and shrubs including Rhododendrons, Azaleas and Buxus without fear of scorching.

Can be used at anytime during the growing season but for maximum benefit apply during spring planting as growth commences

SEED BEDS 

Apply at recommended rates and work into topsoil before sowing 

SHRUB/TREE PLANTING

Apply at planting time or as growth commences in the spring. for pit planting mix with soil and /or peat in the planting hole. for semi-mature shrubs or trees apply as top dressing to that root ball area plus one metre out

MATURE TREE/SHRUBS 

The top dressing should cover the whole root ball area plus one metre beyond the cover of the branches 

TREE REGENERATION

Preplant  should be placed into bore holes at 40-50cm centres in  2-3 metres band around the at the watershed points. This is the most active rooting area.
